Arrrival Time

Please arrive a minimum of 10 mins prior to your treatment.

Public Holidays

15% surcharge on Public Holidays.

Late Arrival

This spa experience is reserved especially for you, and will finish at your scheduled time. Arriving late may shorten your treatment.

Rescheduling / Cancelling Appointments

A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel your
appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 50%
charge. “No Shows” will be charged at 100%.

Group Bookings

Celebrate a special occasion or get together, and indulge in one of our packages to create a memorable experience. For groups of 4 people or more please contact the spa directly. Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required.
